The RJES is a small, fast growing scientific journal from the Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence of the West University of Timi?oara (Romania) which aims at providing academic debate on cutting-edge European issues. I was invited to act as "Guest Editor” for this Special Issue and accepted in a spirit of friendship this interesting endeavour.
