PROGRAM MANAGER
Responsibilities
-- Assist the Program Director in planning, implementation and evaluation of Heifer-Ukraine projects
-- Process information requests and project proposals developed by Project Holders (PH)
-- Take active part in fundraising, including development of project proposals, budgets, logical frame, and appeal campaigns for various donors
-- Guide institutional strengthening and capacity building of PH/agriculture service cooperatives
-- Coordinate implementation, and monitor designated projects
-- Provide advice on AWB, enterprise development, agricultural and environmental issues and supervise the process selection and delivery of animals.
-- Education and/or Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management, economics, animal wellbeing (animal science, veterinary medicine), public administration, or other relevant fields. At least 5-year experience in working with international organizations in the field of development of rural communities.

 

- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Practical skills in AWB and project management.
- Writing skills for publications, stories, articles
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Internet. Fluent English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
- Valid driver’s license, practical skills.
