The participants will be 30 talented young students, 16 to 19 years old, keen on natural sciences, mathematics and technology. They will be selected and thus invited on the grounds of their applications.
The Camp is free of charge, including also travelling, accommodation and dining.
The target of the Camp is to network young people from all over the world together and with Finnish business life and top scientists and to increase the awareness of the Millennium Technology Prize.
The Millennium Youth Camp will take place at the same week, when the next Millennium Prize winner will be published. The participants may also take part in the ceremonies and meet the winner and the laureates during that week.
